Sugar Free Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe!

Happy Tuesday!

One of Jazper’s favorite treats is Grandma’s sugar free goats milk chocolate ice cream! We wanted to share the recipe with you just in case you’d like to make this yummy dessert😊

It’s sugar free but that doesn’t mean it’s not sweet & delicious! We use coconut sugar which does not taste like coconut if you’re unfamiliar with it. Its gentle sweetness pairs beautifully with cacao powder for a rich chocolate taste. It’s one of our favorite flavors & has the added benefit of being healthy!

Recipe:

Makes 2 quarts of Ice Cream.

1 Cup of Coconut Sugar

1/2 Cup Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder)

1 tsp of Vanilla

A splash of Heavy Whipping Cream

Goats milk (or any milk)

Take the coconut sugar, cacao powder, splash of whipping cream, vanilla & pour them into a blender with some milk. Mix well. Then pour everything into your 2 quart ice cream maker. Pour the rest of the needed milk into the blender & mix again to insure you get all the good stuff!
